These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the applicable laws of the United States, as well as the applicable laws of Colombia for matters pertaining to our parent company, MYT GLOBAL S.A.S. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

1. Introduction

It is the policy of Glomyt Corp and its affiliates to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, www.glomyt.com, and other sites we own and operate. By using our website, you signify your consent for us to process your personal data for contact, administrative, and commercial purposes.

2. Shopify as Our E-commerce Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

3. Payment Processing

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify and our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

4. Personal Data We Collect

We collect information by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. Some examples of personal data we may collect include: Name, Email, Shipping/Billing Address, Phone Number, and Payment Information. We also log "non-identifying information" such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and operating system.
